Chic Formals is a Miami-based event planning company focused on curating fun, creative, and meticulously planned formals for fraternities. Our creative and event planning team has been planning corporate and social events since 2010.

We deeply believe that every celebration should be a memory to remember and cherish for that reason our aim is for you and your date to have an unforgettable formal. We go to work so you can enjoy every minute of your flight, travel, dance party, and everything in between. Leave the planning to us and just have fun.

We believe that life is full of wonderful surprises but your formal shouldn’t be a surprise at all. Our dedicated event planners will ensure that you are brought up to speed on every detail about your formal to make sure that you are satisfied with the outcome and know what to expect.

Going back to our earlier point of wonderful surprises. Gifts are one of our love languages. To show you how much we appreciate you, you and your date will receive a surprise gift package to welcome you to your Formal night.

  • We value customer service and the only way we can ensure that you are getting the best of the best is to pair you up with a dedicated event planner to answer your questions in a timely manner and ensure that you are happy with your trip.

  • We have developed strong relationships with hotels, vendors, and other service providers to ensure that you get the best and most affordable group rates. Forget about the hassle of contacting multiple venues and hotels to coordinate a trip for 30+ people, let us do that for you. It’s what we are really good at.

  • We book your hotels, party bus, party venues, dinners, and anything else you enjoy doing all for an affordable and very clear per-couple pricing.

  • Did it really happen if it’s not on Instagram? We have relationships with local photographers and videographers who can follow you around and document your experience so that you can share it with your friends, family, and community.

  • Fun gifts on us for you and your date because you deserve to be celebrated.
